Scope

LastFollow is the official iPhone app for viewing recent Instagram followers and followings in chronological order. This policy applies to the LastFollow app, the official website at lastfollow.app, and related support communications.

Information we may process

• App usage and diagnostic information provided by Apple or by analytics tools configured for the app.
• Website analytics such as visited pages, browser type, approximate region, referrer and device type.
• Support messages you send to us, including your email address and the information in your message.
• Purchase or subscription status needed to provide paid features. Payments are handled by Apple.
• Instagram profile or activity information that you choose to review in the app, where that information is available to the app.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect unrelated mobile hardware identifiers for LastFollow.
• We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
• We do not sell personal information.
• Private accounts can be reviewed only when the Instagram account used in LastFollow already follows or otherwise has access to that profile. LastFollow does not bypass Instagram permissions.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve LastFollow.
• To understand website performance and app reliability.
• To respond to support requests and troubleshoot reported issues.
• To manage access to subscription or paid features through Apple.
• To protect the service from misuse, fraud or technical abuse.

Service providers

LastFollow may use Apple services for App Store distribution, subscriptions, purchases and diagnostics. The website is hosted with Firebase Hosting and may use Google Analytics for website measurement when configured. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security or accounting reasons. You can request deletion of support-related personal information by contacting us.

Children

LastFollow is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Instagram and Meta

LastFollow is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. You are responsible for using LastFollow in a way that respects applicable laws, platform rules and other people's privacy.
